Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company building a risk intelligence platform for the healthcare industry. Their product helps leading healthcare organizations proactively manage risk across the full operational lifecycle - from discovery through strategic decision-making. By combining modern AI capabilities, financial modeling, and a unified web-based product experience, they enable teams to move beyond static risk registers to continuous analysis, quantified impact, and actionable insights. Their long-term vision is to set the standard for enterprise risk management in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain backend data models, services, and APIs that power the product.

  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into production-grade UI.

  •  Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of the product.

  • Communicate technical tradeoffs that influence system design and the evolution of the platform.

  • Partner with the broader team to accelerate development, address bugs, and improve user experience.

Expected Experience

  • 5+ years designing, building, and maintaining frontend and backend systems for enterprise software products. Equal expertise in frontend and backend is not a requirement, but should demonstrate a desire to grow in both.

  • Web development using a Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI), REST, and SQL.

  • UI development using Typescript and React.

  • User authorization and authentication.

  • Cloud basics, including CI/CD, containers and Kubernetes, and object storage.

  • Broad understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

Desired Experience

  • AI-assisted development best practices.

  • Support for agentic AI workflows, including RAG development and prompt management.

  • Programmatic generation of PowerPoint slides and Excel workbooks.

  • Regulated data environments (healthcare, finance).
