The Opportunity
We are looking for a full desk recruiter who wants autonomy, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential.

This is a 100% commission role built for someone who wants to own their business within a growing firm. You’ll have the ability to run a full desk while leveraging Amarina’s brand, tools, and client solutions (including both contingent and fractional models).

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow your own book of business (client acquisition + relationship management)
  • Contribute to and earn on active job orders within the firm in addition to building your own desk
  • Run full-cycle recruiting (intake → sourcing → offer close)
  • Partner with clients using both contingent search and monthly/fractional recruiting models
  • Deliver high-quality, well-vetted candidates
  • Manage multiple roles across key verticals 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in agency recruiting
  • Full desk experience strongly preferred (business development + recruiting)
  • Ability to generate leads and close new business independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fully remote environment

Compensation

  • 100% commission (uncapped earnings)
  • Competitive commission structure (discussed transparently)
