Client Delivery Associate

  • Remote, USA

Our client is seeking an Associate, Client Delivery to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company supporting some of the most advanced healthcare organizations in the country.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and enterprise client delivery, while also helping translate that work into a scalable technology product.

You’ll join a high-performing team with backgrounds across finance, healthcare, company building, and risk. You’ll work directly with company leadership as well as Product and Engineering, gaining significant exposure to both enterprise clients and the inner workings of a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise healthcare clients and help them get meaningful value from the company’s risk intelligence and financial analytics platform.
  • Build, analyze, and interpret financial models that help clients quantify and understand financial and operational risks.
  • Support customer relationships and client deliverables with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Work with client stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior executives.
  • Help drive platform adoption by translating complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate financial modeling expertise, client needs, and successful delivery workflows into scalable product capabilities.
  • Manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to research and growth initiatives that help shape the company’s perspective on the healthcare risk landscape.
  • Take on increasing ownership of client relationships, calls, and strategic workstreams as you develop expertise.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of front-office experience in a rigorous, analytical professional services environment such as investment banking, management consulting, audit, or a similar setting.
  • Strong financial modeling fundamentals and comfort working extensively with data in Excel.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy and quality.
  • Experience producing polished work in a front-office, client-facing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and an interest in healthcare, technology, and the financial and strategic challenges facing healthcare organizations.
  • Ambition to learn quickly and grow into broader client-facing and strategic responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier academic institution.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, ambitious, adaptable, and highly execution-oriented. You should enjoy working with numbers and financial models while also being comfortable interacting with clients and collaborating across teams.

This is particularly well suited for someone early in their career who has developed a strong analytical foundation in investment banking, consulting, audit, or another rigorous professional services environment and wants to apply those skills in a fast-growing technology company.

Because the team is lean, you should be comfortable working close to the details while taking increasing ownership as the company grows.
